Forms Generator
Patrol-IT Forms Generator module provides you powerful tools to create unlimited forms with various questions and for diverse uses. Forms can be linked to any event in the system. Then, if the event occurs, the user will be asked to fill-out the attached form.
Forms can include the following types of questions:
- Numeric or Alpha numeric
- Boolean Yes/No
- Date
- Checkbox
- Radio group
- Single and multi-selection from predefined lists
